ServiceNow Developer

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, with experience working with ServiceNow and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform
• Participate in the development of technical specifications and requirements
• Effectively work with both internal and external stakeholders to including business analysts and project managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in ServiceNow development
• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Developer
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts
• Experience developing custom applications on ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
